This year hasn’t been without its own unique challenges, but we all stuck together and made the most of it! We want to wish our graduating seniors, returning students, administrators, teachers, instructors, parents, and everyone else who helped make this year run smoothly, despite being one of the strangest years any of us can remember.

Even with the majority of our students attending from home, we had many students still able to sit for exams, and we issued over 150 new digital badges! If you were interested in receiving digital badges for this year, but did not, please fill out our Badge Issuance Request form here.

Have a fun, safe, and relaxing summer. We can’t wait to see everyone again next year. We have several new projects in the works over the summer that we’re excited to share with you next year.

We are aware that many of you are preparing to return to classes, or may have already started. This is certainly shaping up to be a school year like none other. We will continue making efforts to ensure your ACCELETRAIN® learning experience is as seamless and flexible as possible, whether you’re in a classroom or learning from home.

ACCELETRAIN® and GBSI are going to be featured as sponsors of a college bowl game in Doug Flutie’s Maximum Football 2020!

The game allows you to take the field using college, American pro, or Canadian pro football rules, features extensive player and team customization, a full custom play designer, and an all-new broadcast camera, as well as dozens of other upgrades and enhancements over the 2019 version.

You’ll be able to take your college dynasty team to the GBSI ACCELETRAIN® Bowl when the game releases on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 in September.

As we close out the school year, we’d like to take some time to thank our students, teachers, instructors, administrators, and staff at the school, district, and county levels for making this year a success.

Obviously, this year presented some unique challenges most of us had never encountered before, but we want to thank everyone for their hard work in making sure that classes were able to continue without many delays or issues.

We’re happy to announce that we are launching an ACCELETRAIN® digital badging program, allowing students (and instructors) to earn personalized badges for the accomplishments they achieve within our program. Digital badges are a fun and valuable way to show the world proof of the knowledge and skills you’ve gained in your ACCELETRAIN® courses.

These badges will be linked to certain stages of each certification program, and can be shared to social media sites like Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn to show to your friends, family, or even prospective employers and colleges. There will also be opportunities to earn additional badges from events or activities beyond regular class sessions.

Badges are issued by a variety of organizations in the IT and Cybersecurity industry including CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, Apple, and Google. They’re secured and digitally verified, so your badges are yours and yours alone. They cannot be faked or duplicated.

And the best part is they’re free, and all you need to get started is a working email address.
